Perth Industrial Strata Units, north of the river

Prices have recovered after a low in early 2011. While there are strata units in many northern suburb locations, most are in Wangara (including nearby Landsdale and Darch), and Malaga, with others developing in Joondalup, Neerabup and Clarkson. The price history is graphed for Malaga, Wangara and the Northern Suburbs in general. Where the average price differs from the median price, it has been skewed by a number of larger sales and the median price is the better guide.
