Project Management

An important step in any portfolio is capitalising on the opportunity to add value to your portfolio whether immediate, or in the future. We project manage your renovations or development to ensure:

We work closely with licensed builders and tradespeople to ensure the quality of work is to “Australian Building Standards”.

Property Management

Managing an investment property often demands a great deal of work. From dispute resolution to collecting rent in arrears, your Property Manager can work on your behalf to ensure your property is managed effectively, to optimise your investment returns.

Our property management division differs from large companies that may overlook the importance of providing personal, one-on-one service to owners. You will have a single point of contact for all your queries, questions, repairs, bills, tenant disputes and all other associated communication involved with managing your property. Our managers have their own property portfolios so they understand what it means to be an investment owner.

Annual Portfolio Review

This important step provides you with the opportunity to review the current valuations, yields on your properties and assess any improvements that may need to be done to continue to optimise your overall portfolio performance.

This also provides the opportunity to review your investment strategy should your personal circumstances have changed.
