Quality Assurance in Valuations


Propell National Valuers has an extensive and exhaustive quality assurance program for all valuation assignments completed. Once a valuation report is completed by the inspecting valuer, the report is then checked by a senior valuer and where circumstances dictate, a final check is completed by either a director or the manager of the department. This quality program not only ensures each valuation report’s accuracy and content, but also ensures that any major variance to the clients’ estimates or other issues are identified and instructing parties are contacted by phone before the valuation is finalised.

This quality control system is seen to act as a safeguard for valuation tasks, in that all valuation reports are scrutinised by a senior valuer, irrespective of the valuer who completed the valuation task.
