The structure of Propell National Valuers Pty Ltd is unique in the Australian market because it is a truly National Company with a representative from each state appointed as a National Company Director. The National Board is made up of a tightly held group of industry leaders with extensive valuation and management experience covering the entire country.

The Board comprises:

• Bart Mead - CEO / Director
• Mark Nassif - Director
• Kel Spencer - Director
• Gary Catlin - Director
• Chris Carroll - Chairman / Non-Executive Director
• David Worth - Non Executive Director

Propell National Valuers has been established to be proactive in providing future needs of the finance industry, including but not limited to the following:

• To provide corporate governance and business direction on a national basis; Via the establishment of ‘best practise business to service standards’ on a national basis through our Board of Directors;
• To promote the virtues of National Coverage with Single Control to all segments of the property industry of Australia; and
• To provide continuity and consistency through utilisation of a common IT platform, service standards, policies and procedures on a national basis.

The unique structure of Propell National Valuers, with its tightly held National Board, will position the company as the leader of the valuation industry. It will provide national coverage with a local focus. Propell National Valuers will continue to provide the same high levels of service already being achieved however, new innovations and initiatives will only enhance these standards going forward.
